By accessing or using Telepath ("the Service") provided by Synapse Labs Pty Ltd (ABN: 82 691 794 064) ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Telepath is an AI-powered voice assistant application designed for Apple Watch. The Service enables users to interact with artificial intelligence through voice commands to receive information, assistance, and responses. The Service requires an internet connection and compatible Apple Watch device.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Any AI-generated content or errors in responses

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, or condition, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
